A summary of a leaked military report 2021
In October 1948 it is alleged that the Navy destroyer escort the USS Eldridge was involved in a top secret project with another ship. This project is often referred to as “The Philadelphia Experiment.” It has many conspiracies surrounding it and even a movie to fuel the mystery of the event. If you have not heard of the Philadelphia Experiment, I will explain the legend and the official Government explanation to you. It will give you some background into a recently aborted secret project known as “The Fairy Ring Experiment”. Information of this new project has recently been leaked onto the dark web.
The information about the “Philadelphia Experiment” is subjective. It is up to you if you think this is an urban myth or a Government cover up. On the aforementioned date, the USS Eldridge and another ship were carrying classified experimental electromagnetic devices designed to scramble magnetic mines. This gave birth to a theory that they were testing some kind of cloaking device. Upon testing it is alleged that the USS Eldridge disappeared and was seen in a navel shipping yard in Virginia before returning to Philadelphia. Witnesses to the event claimed they saw a green glow form around the ship. This was explained officially by the Military as the effects of an electrical storm or the phenomenon known as ‘St Elmo’s Fire’ which is a gap in electrical charges in the atmosphere. Ships and Sailors have witnessed this “Fire” for millennia. Coupled with the rumours that the ships had huge electromagnetic devices on board this explanation could, at a stretch be plausible if we had the weather data from that area. The final thing that you need to know is that it was reported that many of the crew of the USS Eldridge were effected by the testing of the secret device. Many allegedly went mad or died of a mystery illness after the event.
Whatever happened back in 1948, official records were kept and the work continued.
In 2017 the clandestine project officially documented as the “Jessop’s Field Test” was authorised. The full scientific data from the Philadelphia Experiment was refined over the years and, what was officially dismissed as fantasy by the Navy and the US Government in the public eye was actually a reality.
In a facility in Floria USA a partially subterranean building was constructed. As part of the underground area of the facility, an iron lined room was assembled with a ring of mushroom shaped objects made from metamaterials. These were the focus of the experiment. A fluctuating electrical current was passed through and around the metamaterial mushroom ring making a electromagnetic field. The basic principles of the experiment were from Faraday’s Law but on a much more sophisticated level. The area of the electromagnetic field was directed into the centre of the ring. Standing at just over two foot high, the mushrooms were supplied a randomised creating a contestant fluctuation in order to create a nonuniform electromagnetic field. The natural magnetic frequency of the earth was also calculated and included into the creation of fluctuation. The circular arrangement of the metamaterial – shaped like mushrooms, quickly gave the Jessops Field Test the nickname “The Fairy Ring Project”.
When the volunteers or subjects entered the ring, they were exposed to the random electromagnetic fields. As the random electrical currents were passed through the mushrooms a shimmering light would start to appear in the centre of the ring. It was described as all the colours that a human eye could see, displayed like a localised Aurora Borealis.
At this point, it is important to clarify that in 1943, the USS Eldridge did travel to another port and return to Philadelphia. It did however fail to complete the version of the story that it still officially documented by the Government and Military today. The official public story was that they were trying to make the ship ‘invisible’ to magnetic mines. Not invisible in the disappearing sense but undetectable to magnetic mines. In reality it was attempting to move humans and objects through spacetime through the use of electromagnetic fields.
During the first tests of The Fairy Ring Experiment, a single volunteer entered into the centre of the ring. When the mushrooms were activated the electromagnetic fields were created in the area where the subject stood. The documentation states that as the lights began to appear the subject tensed and threw their arms behind them with thier back arched. The subject looked as though he was slightly suspended in the air. The subject was then suddenly not there anymore or visible to the observers. The disappearance time was recorded as 1.45 seconds before they returned and the ring was deactivated. The medical notes that accompanied the first test reported no physical or mental abnormalities and the subject reported just being in a void of nothing as if they had become unconscious during the test.
The experiment continued for another 3 months before the medical docuentation and scientific data started to show the beginning of disturbing anomalies. At the 2 month mark, the Subjects had started to report being transported to various places around the world and could describe in detail where they were to the point that it was easy to to locate where or what they had experienced. By the 3 month mark the subjects were displaying physical changes. In one of the doctors report from the 23rd July 2017 it was written that “although many of the subjects looked the same externally, their internal structure was being altered and their cognitive abilities were enhanced”.
The changes to the internal composition of the subjects did not cause any discomfort or abnormalities in the function of the human body. It did however seemed impossible that the subjects were still psychologically and physically stable. No subjects had any injuries, illnesses or changes to their normal bodily functions. Mentally the subjects stayed alert and positive and their comprehension of the project was increasing rapidly towards the knowledge of the team of experts running the experiment. It was concluded that the experiment should continue as none of the subjects shows any sign of distress or displayed signs of physical trauma. Looking at the reports it was in fact quite the opposite, everyone who had entered the fairy ring was healthier in body and mind than when they had entered the project.
In September of 2017, Subject 7 touched one of the metamaterial mushrooms as she entered the ring. A recording of the incident showed that she moved the structure a few centimetres to the left before entering the circle. Subject 7 disappeared for 62 minutes and 43 seconds. On her return she had hypothermia and apparent windburn all over her body. The psychological assessment was conducted after a brief period of recovert, 3 days later on September the 18th 2017.
Subject 7’s name was Maria Russo. A recording of her assessment suggested that Maria had entered a dream like state while in the Fairy Ring. She reported that she travelled to Dominica and bathed in the pool at Syndicate Falls. Her description about the feel of the water and how the water seemed to speak to her as it fell sounded like she was in a trance. She then went on to say that she moved out to sea to meet the winds around the island. When asked how she travelled out to sea she replied that the water had taken her. Her account continued with her describing how the water and the wind made her feel powerful and the delight was evident in her voice. She encouraged the elements to show her their full power and share it with her. The moment she felt she was being pulled back to the experiment room she threw the water and air away in a playful gesture that made her feel happier and stronger than she had ever felt in her life.
Just after Subject 7 left the fairy ring a scan of the internal structure of her body showed that 80% of her body was no longer considered to be human. It was decided that Subject 7 or Maria should be temporarily retired from the project in order for further medical tests to take place. The date 18th September 2017 turned out to be a significant turning point for the project.
A simultaneous discovery happened later in the evening of the 18th of September. Whilst undergoing surgery to examine Subject 7’s internal changes, it was reported on the world news that Hurricane Maria had hit Dominica, virtually wiping the island out and carried on to Puerto Rico over the next few days. At the same time in the Projects surgical theatre the unusual replacement substances that inhabited Maria’s body was seen on the security camera to leave her body of it’s own accord and kill the entire medical team in the room before returning in to Maria and healing her completely. It showed her waking up from the operating table, standing up and returning to her room.
Such is the nature of such a clandestine project as “The Fairy Ring Experiment” the death of the medical team was dealt with quickly and quietly. Subject 7 was confined to her room with extra security placed on all the subjects. The primary mission of being able to successfully transport humans and control the transportation had to prevail. All future invasive medical procedures were cancelled permanently as it jeopardised the main goal of the project.
It took another nearly 3 months before the correlation between the Subjects “travel” reports and global events to be noticed. The staff at the project had minimal contact with anyone outside the facility and between departments. All staff positions were residential with only the Government and Military heads of the projects having access to all the data.
November 13th 2017 – Subject 4 disappeared for 3 hours 27 minutes. He reported visiting Sarpol-e-Zahab in Iran and was in ore of the beauty of the land as it moved and teased his senses. He was drawn underground and responded by moving the land in return to share the joy.
November 13th 2017 – An earthquake near the Iraq/Iran boarder occured with over 7000 injuries and casualties reported over 400 deaths.

Dec 4th 2017 – Subject 3 disappeared for 6 hours 52 minutes. They reported being wrapped in the security of the hot air and carried by the wind on a rush of adrenaline across country in a burning passion.
December 4th 2017 – Late season wildfires in California destroyed over 200, 000 hectares of land and property within just 10 days. The fires continued into 2018.

Dec 15th 2017 – Subject 8 disappeared for 2 hours exactly. She reported visiting Mount Bromo in Indonesia and was caressed by the mountain tops before being taken to the source of it’s beauty under earths surface where she stimulated the raw elements before her in return for her own pleasure.
Dec 15th 2017 – There was an earthquake just off the island of Java. Minimal casualties and deaths but huge structural damage to major cities and great economic loss.
The strategic military advantages for a country that could potentially manipulate the elements in warfare created a shift in the Projects focus. The Fairy Ring had already proved that objects and human subjects could be transported to another locations. The intentions of the experiment changed to find out the connection, if any between the subjects and the global disasters. A series of medical operations were once again attempted to determine the properties of the replacement substance now present in over 90 percent of the subjects bodies. Most attempts ended in the deaths or severe injury of all medical staff present. It was Subject 7 (Maria) that came forward with a solution. Her request was that she would donate a part of her body if she could re-enter the Fairy Ring again.
In the grotesque exchange Maria donated a finger to the newest medical team. Upon entering the Fairy Ring she disappeared for 3 days before reappearing in her room. While the global news was monitored for “natural” disasters, no event occurred.
In the medical reasearch labs, testing of the unidentified substance commenced immediately with no results. Not a single atom or particle structure could be identified. In addition to that the behaviour of what was presumed to be the materials core elements or did not conform to any scientific known law.
Subject 7 was interviewed again in the attempt to make sense of the unknown substance. All interviews throughout the Project started with the same 3 basic questions as a control before moving on to further discussion. The following is a direct transcript of the start of the interview.
Interviewer: Lets Start Subject 7, what is your name?
Maria: I am Subject 7
Interviewer: What is your date of birth?
Maria: I have always been
Interviewer: Where do you live?
Maria: Within
Interviewer: Within where subject 7?
Maria: You do not have a word for it in your language. It is limited.
Interviewer: Can you try and explain it to me?
Maria: It is a place that has always existed in the same physical space as your home planet. You would refer to it as an alternative dimension.
A copy of the interviews recored with all 10 subjects was included in one of the penultimate Fairy Ring project reports. An unknown result of the Philadelphia project in 1943, opened a oneway sub space division in the fabric of our spacetime. When the Fairy Ring experiment was initiated, the division became a two way portal. The volunteer subjects had slowly been replaced internally by sentient matter from the other dimension in order to secure their indefinite passage through the division. The natural disasters that were in correlation with the pervious subjects travelling were confirmed as being the result of manipulation of our planets matter.
In March 2018, the Fairy Ring Experiment was aborted and the underground facility was sealed with all the subjects inside. This was not without consequence as they could travel without the use of the electromagnetic field.
